His career began with strong roles in two wonderful movies, The Great Santini (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film) and Caddyshack, and while he has continued working steadily ever since, his career has not matched the promise of his early successes. He was married to Bonnie Raitt from 1991 to 2000 (he, too, is a singer/songwriter), and he is currently married to actress Emily Donahoe. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Michael O'Keefe! Also note that this still measures 8" x 9 3/4" [20 x 25 cm], but it has not been trimmed. The consignor of this autographed item (and a large number of other signed items in this auction) is a longtime autograph collector who does not have a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for this item, but he feels certain it is genuine. Many of the items he has consigned were purchased from an autograph store that was going out of business when the owner retired, and many of the items he has consigned to this set of auctions come from this purchase.
