Campbell Jr."; it is a re-make of the 1951 movie, "The Thing from Another World", based on the same story, and with James Arness as "The Thing") starring Kurt Russell, Wilford Brimley, T.K. Carter, David Clennon, Keith David, Richard Dysart, Charles Hallahan, Peter Maloney, Richard Masur, Donald Moffat, Joel Polis, and Thomas G. Waites. This is one of Carpenter's best movies, and in many ways it is more enjoyable and superior to the original version! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Jock Important Added Info: Note that this art print has been hand-numbered 4/175! This art print was purchased in our special Mondo auction held in October 2022. Everyone of the 877 people who purchased from that auction received a special signed and numbered art print created by Tim League just for this auction, and the 250 people who spent the most money in that auction received a second art print created just for this event that was signed and numbered by director Robert Rodriquez. The person who bought this print (for $650) was one of those 250 people, and he received both prints, and they both will be included, so that the winner of this print will also receive these two bonus prints (and since that auction, we have not been consigned either of the two prints!). Condition: very good. The art print has a few light scuffs in portions of the edges and black background (see our image). It is otherwise in pretty nice condition, but it may have some other extremely minor defects, so please do not bid unless you have looked at our super-sized image and can accept this possibility.
