The covers were always by "name" artists, and legendary artist Norman Rockwell became closely associated with the magazine and did more covers for them than almost anyone. The magazine was printed on a high quality paper stock, while many of its competitors were printed on "pulp" paper, so the issues of this magazine survive better and are of a much better quality.
