An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Millionaire, the 1931 John Adolfi money family relationship retirement comedy ("Dialogue by Booth Tarkington"; "Based on 'Idle Hands' by Earl Der Biggers"; about an old millionaire who has no happiness, and he decides to go out and be a regular person so that he can enjoy life, and he does!) starring George Arliss ("In His First Modern Comedy"; "He's up to-date"), David Manners, Evalyn Knapp, James Cagney (very young in this role!; who is 4th billed, and does not appear on any of the posters or in any of the eight lobby cards; he only appeared in one scene in this movie, but made a BIG impression, and later that year starred in "The Public Enemy"), Noah Beery Sr., and Ivan Simpson NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned three lobby cards from this movie, and only one in the last 14 years! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There are many tiny brown dot stains down the left border, with a lesser amount in the top and bottom blank borders. Otherwise, the card is in nice condition.
