It's Free"), the 1968 Luigi Zampa Italian medical doctor hospital healthcare comedy (a lampooning of the Italian healthcare system at the time; this movie was condemned by the Italian Medical Association, although it was said to be fairly accurate!) starring Alberto Sordi, Sara Franchetti, Ida Galli, Nanda Primavera, and Bice Valori
