Chinese Development Council for a Better Chinatown, the circa 1970s poster made by the Chinese Development Council to encourage various improvements in Chinatown in New York. This poster features art of an angry ox and Chinese letters. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
