She mostly appeared in versions of Star Trek, including in the original series as Nurse Christine Chapel, and in Star Trek: The Next Generation. She was married to Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry from 1969 until he passed away in 1991. Barrett passed away in 2008 at the age of 76. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION photo (which is not printed on photo paper) has been personally autographed (signed) by Majel Barrett (she added "Welcome to the 24th Century")! Also note that this REPRODUCTION has been trimmed and it now measures 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm]. Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic.
