(released in England simply as "Deadline", for obvious reasons!), the classic 1952 Richard Brooks racketeering expose newspaper editor journalism melodrama ("20th Century-Fox savagely turns the spotlight of truth on revenge killings that shocked a nation!"; also written by Richard Brooks; to my mind the best newspaper movie ever made!) starring Humphrey Bogart, Ethel Barrymore, Kim Hunter, Ed Begley, Warren Stevens, Paul Stewart, Martin Gabel (in a great performance as the crime boss, Rienzi), Joe De Santis (billed as "Joseph De Santis"), Joyce Mackenzie, Audrey Christie, Fay Baker, Jim Backus, Dabbs Greer, Harry Tyler, John Doucette, Parley Baer, and Willis Bouchey

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good. The poster has much separation in the lower vertical foldline with lesser in the other three fold edges. There are creases and small tears along portions of the center horizontal fold. A few of the tears or other defects as described above are repaired with tape from the back (especially the separation at the bottom of the poster). Please see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid and please do not bid unless you can accept the defects described above, or you are willing to pay to have them properly restored.
