Edmonds; about a country bumpkin who joins the circus in the mid-1800s, and he tries to win the heart of a beautiful horse rider, but she rejects him, but he finds love with a country girl who has also joined the circus, and he manages to save the circus from bankruptcy as well!) starring Henry Fonda (in the title role as Chad Hanna), Dorothy Lamour, Linda Darnell, Guy Kibbee, Jane Darwell, John Carradine, Ted North, Roscoe Ates, and Ben Carter. Note that this movie was made the same year as "The Grapes of Wrath", in which Fonda and Jane Darwell memorably appeared together! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
