Date Sold 6/17/2018 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 4 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Stills (Learn More) Let's Go Navy, the 1951 William Beaudine screwball comedy ("Avast, you landlubbers, MAN THE LAUGH-BOATS!") starring Leo Gorcey, Huntz Hally, The Bowery Boys (including William Benedict, Bernard Gorcey [as Louie Dambrowski], and Buddy Gorman), Allen Jenkins, Tom Neal, and Charlita. Note that Bernard Gorcey was star Leo Gorcey's father, and he played Louie, the owner of the Sweet Shop, where the boys frequently hung out, and Louie was often involved in slapstick gags, and many times Leo Gorcey would be tormenting or slapping his own father! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. The stills have slightly darkened and have some light scuff marks that are mostly only noticeable when the still is tilted to the light. They are otherwise in pretty nice condition.
