Cassandre (born Adolphe Jean-Marie Mouron and commonly known as A.M. Cassandre) was a Ukrainian-born French painter, commercial poster artist, and typeface designer from the 1920s to the 1960s. Not only did he paint, but he also designed commercial posters and typeface! He passed away in 1968 at the age of of 67.

Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned an example of this poster! It is a reprint edition of an earlier poster by the artist, and it is printed on high-quality paper, similar to an art print.
