An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Polish Stage Play Poster (measures 26 1/2" x 38 1/4" [67 x 97 cm]) (Learn More) Wielka Wygrana (literally translates to "Big Win"), the circa 1970s Polish stage play production (of a play based on a Sholem Aleichem story) that took place at the Panstwowy Teatr in Zydowski, Poland. This poster features wild art of a bowler-hatted man with angel's wings and may be for a production of "The Jackpot" (a Aleichem play) but we are unsure. Note that Sholem Aleichem was a famous Jewish storyteller, and that this poster has Hebrew writing on it! If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster was never folded and had the most minor of border defects. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, and looks great!
