Hoffmann) starring Moira Shearer, Robert Helpmann, Leonide Massine, Robert Rounseville (in the title role as Hoffmann), Ludmilla Tcherina (billed as "Presenting Ludmilla Tcherina"), and Sir Thomas Beecham and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Note that this movie includes scenes of a fantasy island, and it was too costly to create such a set, so those scenes were done with the judicious use of matte paintings of the island! Artist: Marc Stone Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but because it has been laying flat for a long time our intention is to send it rolled in a tube. However, because we are certain it would not harm it to re-fold it (because the folds are still there and have not diminished), we can also re-fold it if the buyer needs it to be shipped with folded items. Condition: good to very good. There is a tape stain in the upper left border and in the right of the bottom border. There are some pinholes, creases, and smudges around the edges, with some in the lower left credits area. There is a fine 3" razor cut in the bottom right of the credits, affecting the word "DISTRIBUTING" and the top of the "C" of "CORPORATION" (but there is no paper loss).
