Alfred Hitchcock's Stage Fright, the 1950 Alfred Hitchcock English theater stage acting mystery thriller ("The stage is set for Warner Bros.' most exciting hit yet!"; "Hands that applaud can also kill!"; "Love held its breath as sudden terror held the stage!"; "Gripping new greatness from Warner Bros."; "Based on a Novel by Selwyn Jepson"; "Screen Play by Whitfield Cook"; "Adaptation by Alma Reville") starring Jane Wyman, Marlene Dietrich, Michael Wilding, Richard Todd, Alastair Sim, Dame Sybil Thorndike, Hector MacGregor, and Patricia Hitchcock (the director's daughter, as "Chubby Bannister")
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this is surely a re-release poster, but given that Hitchcock was not pictured on hardly any posters for his movies until after 1960, we think it is also quite possible this poster is from a very early 1960s Belgian re-release (because after the huge success of "Psycho", Hitchcock himself started turning up on most re-release posters. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
