The Waning Sex, the 1926 Robert Z. Leonard silent feminism lawyer legal romantic comedy ("From the play by Frederic Hatton and Fanny Hatton"; the movie was ahead of its time with Shearer as a female lawyer trying to fight the all-male environment of the legal profession, but the movie somewhat cops out and she ends up finding love with the District Attorney!) starring Norma Shearer, Conrad Nagel, George K. Arthur, Mary McAllister, and Charles McHugh. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
