But this poster has far less color on the inset images than the style A one-sheet. Because the examples of this poster we have auctioned in the past have been consigned to us from other countries, we think that this poster is actually the international style. Condition: good to very good. The poster had darkened unevenly in the white background areas, and there were some creases and scuffs across the top horizontal foldline. There were some creases, smudges, and tears in the borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restorer did not address the unevenness of the background (which varies from a white color to a light creamy color in various places), no doubt not wanting to have to paint over the entire background area (and the uneven background color is not very distracting).
