Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: fair to good. There is staining and slight deterioration in the bottom 1 1/2" of the card, but it mostly only affects the border and credits area, and only slightly touches the edge of the image in a few areas, and the rest of the card is otherwise in pretty nice condition, and the card has never had any restoration or tape.
