31 Festival Internacional De Cine San Sebastian (literally translates to "31 San Sebastian International Film Festival"), the 1983 Spanish film festival that was held from September 15th to the 24th in San Sebastian (Donostia), Spain. Note that this poster is in the Spanish and Basque languages, and features wild art by Felix Garrido. If anyone knows more about this festival, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
