A 1919 Re-Release Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) A Jitney Elopement, the 1915 Charles Chaplin silent romantic comedy short ("A two part Chaplin riot presenting the funniest stunts with a 'flivver' ever filmed with the famous all star Chaplin cast") starring Charlie Chaplin (Charles Chaplin), Lloyd Bacon, Fred Goodwins, Bud Jamison, Paddy McGuire, and Edna Purviance NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that it is likely that there were no lobby cards made when this classic short was released in 1915 (there were a very few 1915 lobby cards at all). When the movie was re-released in 1919, a set of cards was released, and this is the incredibly rare title card from that 1919 re-release! Condition: very good. There are some smudges at top center and some faint ones around the edges of the card. There are tiny pinholes in the corners and there is paper loss in the bottom right blank corner and the tiniest paper loss in the top left blank corner. There is a small tear in the right blank border. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
