A Set of 2 Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] REPRODUCTION Stills (Learn More) Alex Karras was pro football player who became an actor from the 1960s to the 1990s. He was a star defensive tackle in college, placing second in the Heisman Trophy Award balloting his senior year. He was drafted by the Detroit Lions and played for them from 1958 to 1971 (he was suspended for one season for gambling on football games). Some of his movies include: Blazing Saddles, Jacob Two-Two Meets the Hooded Fang, Porky's (as Sheriff Wallace), and Street Corner Kids. He met actress Susan Clark when she was making the movie "Babe" in 1975 (when he was married with five children), and they married in 1980, and had a child and remained married until his passing in 2012 AND Susan Clark was an actress from the 1960s to the 1990s. Some of her movies include Colossus: The Forbin Project, Night Moves, Porky's, and Madigan. Important Added Info: This auction includes two REPRODUCTION stills that have been personally autographed (signed) by Alex Karras AND Susan Clark. The two signed items also come with the December 22-28, 1984 issue of TV Guide (with an image of Karras and Clark from "Webster" on the cover) that they could be matted with and framed to make a cool display! Note that our consignor obtained this autograph through the mail, and included with the autograph is the envelope it was returned to him in (the envelope has a return address for Mr. Karras).
