Priklyucheniya Buratino (known in English-speaking countries as "The Adventures of Buratino"), the 1960 Dmitry Babichenko, Ivan Ivanov-Vano, & Mikhail Botov Russian animation animated cartoon fantasy adventure thriller featuring the voices of Nina Gulyayeva (in the title role as "Buratino"), Yevgeni Vesnik, Georgiy Vitsin, Tamara Dmitrieva, and Margarita Korabelnikova. Note that if this movie seems like a Pinocchio rip-off, it isn't! The author published an adaptation of the Pinocchio story in 1936, but he changed quite a bit about the story, including getting rid of having the lead character's (now called "Buratino") nose grow!
