An Original Vintage 7 1/4" x 9" [18 x 23 cm] Television Still (Learn More)

Tonight Starring Jack Paar (also known as "The Jack Paar Show"), the 1957 - 1962 television (TV) night time talk show comedy series hosted by Jack Paar. The Tonight Show began in 1954 with host Steve Allen. In 1957, Jack Paar took over (and added his name to the title). In 1962, Johnny Carson took over. In 1992, Jay Leno took over. In 2009, Conan O'Brien took over a year, and then Jay Leno replaced him, and in 2014, Jimmy Fallon took over, and he is presently the host!

Important Added Info: Note that this still is from the first showing of this classic episode of this TV show, where then-presidential candidate John F. Kennedy appeared as a guest on the show with host Jack Paar and guest Peggy Cass. We know that for certain because it has 1961 written on the back (it is from the Dell Publishing photo library, and they received this still in 1961, but it would surely be from when the show first aired in 1960). Also note that this TV still measures 7 1/4" x 9" [18 x 23 cm].

Condition: good to very good. There is faint staining in the center of the image, caused by a piece of yellowed tap on that back of that area.
