An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) The One Man Navy, the 1941 Mannie Davis Terrytoons World War II (WWII) animated animation cartoon military pirate comedy short starring Gandy Goose. Note that this is a stock one-sheet. Paul Terry created a different full-color stock poster each year in the late 1930s with a blank inset area. Then they would print in scenes and titles from specific cartoons on to the posters, so one full-color print run would yield posters for many different cartoons. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Condition: good to very good. The poster was folded in half an extra time resulting in a light vertical foldline at left and right. There is some separation and paper loss at the top crossfold and it has some light creases scattered in various areas. There are a few tiny creases and tears in portions of the folds (see our image).
