An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" (8x10) Movie Still (Learn More) The Go-Getter, the 1937 Busby Berkeley romantic salesman comedy ("He has what it takes to get what he wants!"; "A Cappy Ricks story full of romance and thrills!"; "Adventure! Action! Love!"; about a Navy veteran who loses his leg, and he gets a job as a salesman, but they don't really want him because of his disability, but through tremendous effort, he proves to be the best salesman, and wins the boss' beautiful daughter!) starring George Brent, Anita Louise, Charles Winninger, John Eldredge, Henry O'Neill, Craig Reynolds, Joseph Crehan, Gordon Oliver, and Addie Acuff NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that a paper snipe was glued to the back of the still, and then folded over to the front. This was done rather than gluing the snipe to the back, so that the snipe could be unfolded and the still could be displayed with the snipe unfolded, which would let moviegoers read the information on the snipe in the lobby (and of course, the snipe would be folded backwards, so it would not show). This was done with many stills of the 1930s, but often, the snipes are either partially or completely lost, because it is easier for them to be torn off. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, THE SNIPE DOES NOT HAVE ANY EFFECT ON THE FRONT OF THE STILL! Condition: good. There are some faint brown stains in the bottom center of the still caused by glue from the snipe on the back. Learn More about condition grades
