An Original Vintage Theatrical English Front of House Movie Lobby Card (FOH LC; 8x10; measures 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm]) (Learn More) I'm No Angel, the 1933 Wesley Ruggles circus sideshow romantic love triangle musical comedy ("Come up and see me sometime - any time!"; "Goodness... has nothing to do with it!"; about a sexy dancer in a third rate circus; she lives with a guy, but that doesn't stop her from seeing other men; when her boyfriend goes to jail, she becomes the lion tamer; she gets a rich playboy boyfriend, but she wants his cousin, played by super young Cary Grant!) starring Mae West, Cary Grant (in his 12th movie role!), Gregory Ratoff, Edward Arnold, Ralf Harolde, Kent Taylor, and William B. Davidson. Note that this movie was originally called "It Ain't No Sin", and the enactment of the Production Code caused the title to be changed to the much tamer "I'm No Angel", and apparently caused several racy scenes to end up on the cutting room floor! Important Added Info: Note that we can't say for 100% certain that this English front of house lobby card is from 1933, but it was found with stills from two other movies that have the same snipe on the back, and those are all from 1932 and 1933, so it would seem extremely likely that it is from 1933 (and the cinema that is referenced was burned down in 1941, so it is surely from that year or before! Also note that this card is printed on a deluxe double weight paper stock. Condition: very good to fine. The card has very minor border wear and some faint scuffs around the edges.
