Happiest Hit"; "Nothing could be funnier!"; "From the Stage Play by George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart"; about a famous man visiting a family who slips and falls on their sidewalk, and pretends to not be able to leave, and he terrorizes the family and changes their lives; some characters were based on members of the Algonquin Round Table) starring Bette Davis, Ann Sheridan, Monty Woolley, Jimmy Durante, Richard Travis, Billie Burke, Reginald Gardiner, Ruth Vivian, and Georgia Carroll. Note that Warner Bros. originally cast John Barrymore to play the lead role, but his advanced alcoholism caused him to have great difficulty in learning his lines, and instead they turned to Monty Woolley, who had originated the role on Broadway.
