An Original 1962 Vintage Theatrical 8 1/4" x 10 1/4" [21 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Les Yeux Sans Visage (released in England in 1960 as "Eyes Without a Face" and in the U.S. in 1962 as "The Horror Chamber of Doctor Faustus"), the 1959 Georges Franju French/Italian medical doctor surgeon horror thriller (based on the book by Jean Redon) starring Pierre Brasseur, Alida Valli (often billed as "Valli"; best remembered as the female lead of The Third Man), Juliette Mayniel, Alexandre Rignault, Beatrice Altariba, Francois Guerin, and Edith Scob (as the girl who is "without a face") NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that there is an oddity to this still. In the bottom, Cameo International Pictures Corp. is credited in two places. However, all other stills have exactly the same writing at the bottom, but those credit Lopert Pictures in the same places. We think what must have happened is that originally, Cameo was going to distribute this movie, but the deal fell through after some movie paper was printed, and then Lopert got the deal, so all the paper was reprinted. That would explain this, but it is just a guess. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that this still measures 8 1/4" x 10 1/4" [21 x 26 cm].
