A Vintage Softcover Book (measures 9" x 11 3/4" [23 x 30 cm]; 255 pages) (Learn More) U.S. Camera 1937, the 1937 spiral-bound photography art book edited by T.J. Maloney, featuring artistic photography taken from the 1830s (with several early Daguerreotypes) to the 1930s, including information about each still, and many black and white and some full-color images. Of course, there are far more then-current photos, which are from the "Golden Age" of photography (the mid 1930s), with some movie stars photographed including Luise Rainer (by George Hurrell) and Dolores Del Rio, and even several nude images. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads. Condition: good. The front cover has separated from the spiral binding. There likely was a back cover on a heavier paper stock (like the front cover), which is missing, and the last page of the book is quite tattered. The rest of the pages are in surprisingly nice condition (certainly, they could be separated and sold individually, but that seems like it would be a real shame!). Learn More about condition grades
