Collins (billed as "Lew Collins") seafaring crime melodrama ("An original story by Ethel Hill"; a wacky story of an Shanghai-like island where there are no laws and anything goes, and a beautiful socialite ends up there because she has apparently murdered a man, and she must fend off the unwanted attentions of the worst man on the island!) starring Dorothy Sebastian, Fred Kohler, Leon Ames (billed as "Leon Waycoff"), Gertrude Astor, Maurice Black, James Flavin, and Jason Robards Sr. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had paper loss at the middle crossfold and small tears scattered down the vertical foldline and across the horizontal fold (it was only folded once in each direction). Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
