Art Students' Ball biggest, most daring ever filmed. Screen's most spectacular musical!"; "Story and Screen Play by Alan Jay Lerner"; "Lyrics by Ira Gershwin"; winner of the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Gene Kelly (in the title role), Leslie Caron (billed as "and introducing Leslie Caron"), Oscar Levant, Georges Guetary, and Nina Foch

Condition: good to very good. The poster had creases, tears, smudges, and tiny areas of paper loss down the 2" in the exact center of the poster, and had minor wear on the horizontal folds and pinholes, creases, smudges, and tiny tears around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, and the restoration in the center of the poster is really not very noticeable (it is fortunate that it only affects small parts of the images, and the very center of the title and top tagline. Please do not bid on this poster unless you have read the above carefully, and have carefully looked at our super-sized image, and can accept the defects and the restoration that this poster has had.
