An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded British Quad Movie Poster (BQ; Quad Crown; measures 30" x 40" [76 x 102 cm]) (Learn More) Let It Be, the 1970 Michael Lindsay-Hogg English rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) music concert documentary ("An intimate bioscopic experience with The Beatles") featuring The Beatles (John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr), Mal Evans, Michael Lindsay-Hogg, and George Martin. Note that this documentary features the final public performance of the Beatles, on the rooftop of the Apple Corps building, because the Beatles split up at the time this movie was released (actually, John Lennon had told the others that he was leaving the year before, but the Beatles waited until after this movie was released to make the announcement)! Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare "country of origin" poster for this English movie. We have only auctioned two in all our years of auctioning and the last time was in 2008! Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster has a patch of very slight discoloration and light rippling at lower right (a portion of the slight discoloration affects a small area of Harrison's face and the credits/apple). There is small separation in the lower edge of the leftmost vertical foldline and there are some tiny creases and tears to its right, and those areas (as well as a small tear at upper right) have been backed by clear tape. The poster otherwise has only some minor fold and border wear and a few light creases scattered in various areas, and after a simple linenbacking the poster will look great (but it certainly can be displayed as is)!
