Date Sold 3/19/2009 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 2 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (11x14; LCs; measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) They Met in Bombay, the 1941 Clarence Brown World War II (WWII) India romantic jewel thieves crime adventure melodrama ("Racy romance rides the China Seas"; "Based on a story by Hans Kafka"; about master jewel thieves, one male, one female, and they are both trying to steal a giant diamond, and after working against each other, they end up teaming up together, and this being World War II, they end up giving up on robbing the diamond and help fight the Japanese!) starring Clark Gable, Rosalind Russell, Peter Lorre, Jessie Ralph, Reginald Owen, and Matthew Boulton NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that the top lobby card in our image has been trimmed and now measures 10 3/4" x 13 3/4". Condition: very good. There is some tattering along the left edge of the top card pictured as well as a small amount of trimming around the other edges of the card. There is a tack hole in Gable's hat in the bottom card pictured. Note that these lobby cards have no tape whatsoever on the front or back, and they have never had any restoration of any kind!
