An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Half-Sheet Movie Poster (1/2sh; measures 22" x 28" [56 x 71 cm]) (Learn More) Ian Fleming's Goldfinger, the classic 1964 Guy Hamilton English James Bond 007 spy espionage fantasy action adventure thriller ("James Bond is back in action!"; "Everything he touches turns to excitement!!!"; based on the novels by Ian Fleming) starring Sean Connery ("as Agent 007"), Honor Blackman ("as Pussy Galore"), Gert Frobe (in the title role; billed as "Gert Frobe as Goldfinger"), Harold Sakata (as "Oddjob"), Shirley Eaton (as Jill Masterson, the woman covered in gold paint in the film), Tania Mallet (as Tilly Masterson), Bernard Lee (as "M"), Margaret Nolan (as the girl who provides the background for the main titles, the "nude gold girl" on posters, and also as "Dink", one of the Bond girls!), Nadja Regin, Gerry Duggan, Lois Maxwell (as Moneypenny), Richard Vernon, and Cec Linder NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster was folded once in each direction, and there were creases along both foldlines, and also some scuffing in the solid black areas (typical of half-sheets and lobby cards printed in the mid 1960s, where the solid colors scuffed very easily). It has never had any sort of tape or restoration. The poster must have been displayed, because all of the reds in the poster (which were primarily some of the words in the right) have changed to a sort of orange color, and the image has changed very slightly as well. But many people would surely not realize this had happened unless they compared it to another example of the poster, and what is kind of cool and weird is that the letters are now close to a "gold" color, which certainly makes sense for this movie, and the golden girl at left is now more "golden" than originally, so that too displays well! But please do not bid on this great poster unless you can accept this fading described above. Learn More about condition grades
