Hush... Hush, Sweet Charlotte, the classic 1965 Robert Aldrich murder crime suspense horror thriller ("Hush, Hush, Sweet Charlotte, Charlotte don't you cry, Chop, Chop sweet Charlotte, a faithless man must die."; "From a story by Henry Farrell") starring Bette Davis (in the title role as Charlotte Hollis), Olivia de Havilland, Joseph Cotten, Agnes Moorehead (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Cecil Kellaway, William Campbell, Victor Buono (billed as "Guest Star Victor Buono"), Mary Astor (billed as "also starring Mary Astor as Jewel Mayhew"), and Bruce Dern (in his 3rd movie role!). Note that, while this movie was released in December 1964 to qualify for the Academy Awards that year, it is generally considered a 1965 film.
