Chester (billed as "Hally Chester"), Harris Berger, Frankie Burke, Donald Haines, and Eddie Brian. Apparently, this movie was Monogram Pictures' attempt to cash in on the huge success of "Dead End" and its sequels, and they cast Harris Berger, who had replaced Huntz Hall in the stage production of "Dead End" when Hall went to Hollywood, and they also cast Frankie Burke, who had played the young James Cagney in "Angels with Dirty Faces", apparently so that audiences would feel that this new cast of kids were somewhat recognizable, and they had the nerve to bill them as "The Original East Side Kids", although that didn't really mean anything. It is ironic that later on, Monogram picked up the "Dead End Kids" series after the major studios had lost interest, and called them the "Bowery Boys", and had great success with that series!
