An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Across the World with Mr. and Mrs. Martin Johnson, the 1930 James Leo Meehan Hawaii South Pacific Australia Egypt Africa travelogue nature documentary ("Their first talking picture"; "It's an Epic Talking Picture") featuring Martin Johnson, Osa Johnson, Dick Douglas, Doug Oliver, Dave Martin, and George Eastmnan. Note that Osa Johnson was married to Martin Johnson, and that they made African documentary movies for 20 years, but Martin Johnson was killed in 1937 during the filming of "Borneo", but his wife finished the movie and released it after his death, and she also released one final movie, "I Married Adventure", in 1940, three years after her husband's death, and on that movie, she was billed as "Osa Johnson (Mrs. Martin Johnson)". NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that first release 1930 movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this movie until we received this lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There is light water staining in the left blank border and in the left of the top and bottom blank borders, with a few tiny creases and tiny tears in that area, but the staining mostly only affects the blank white borders. There is a lesser amount of water staining in the right of the bottom blank border. There is a 1/2" tear in the left of the top border that was repaired with tape from the back.
