Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this one-sheet, and that was 7 years ago, and not only that, but we have never auctioned any other poster from this movie! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds, with tiny tears and fine surface paper loss on parts of some folds. It had pinholes around the edges. It had stains in the left of the top and bottom blank borders. It had some smudges and scuffs scattered in the solid black areas and a few smudges and scuffs scattered in the rest of the image. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects, and the restorer left alone the stains in the blank borders, likely rightfully assuming they will not show when the poster is framed.
