He is best remembered for his starring roles in the Pink Panther movies (as Inspector Clouseau), and some of his other movies include: Dr. Strangelove (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), The Ladykillers, Being There (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), The Party, and The Mouse That Roared. He passed away in 1980 at the age of 54. Important Added Info: Note that one of the stills is in color. Also note that one of the stills measures 6 1/4" x 10" but has not been trimmed. NOTE: On rare occasions, large lots of 9 or more black-and-white stills like this one can sometimes have one or more duplicated stills, but since we only picture 8 of the stills, if there are duplicates, they are likely not pictured. We try to note when this happens, but we may not catch it every time, so please do not bid on such lots unless you can accept this possibility. Condition: good to very good. Some of the stills have varying degrees of staple holes, creases, and/or scuffs, with a few having surface or edge paper loss, but several stills are in pretty nice condition.
