An Original Vintage Paperbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh) (Learn More) Girl Without a Room, the 1933 Ralph Murphy Paris France artist painter romantic musical comedy ("She had no bed of her own!") starring Charles Farrell, Charlie Ruggles, Marguerite Churchill, Gregory Ratoff, Grace Bradley, Walter Woolf King (billed as "Walter Woolf"), and Mischa Auer. This seems to be an extremely odd movie! It is a musical, and yet, there are next-to-no songs in it. Pretty Marguerite Churchill appears early on in the movie as the title character, and yet she pretty much disappears early on. The main plot concerns a struggling artist who goes to Paris, but no one there likes his paintings, and so he begins painting "modern art", and one of his paintings is hailed a masterpiece, only they have hung it upside-down! Still, the one-sheet poster for this movie is one of the all-time great movie posters, and this window card (which I have never seen before) is also a masterpiece, with great art of sexy Churchill half-dressed and sitting on painter Charles Farrell's artist's palette!
