Monark is a Swedish bicycle company founded in 1908 by Birger Svensson. Monark also manufactures mopeds, scooters and motorcycles as well as a line of electronic bicycles. Monark motorcycles won off-road competitions in the 1950s and the 1960s, including the 1959 500cc motocross world championship!
