Alert Today Alive Tomorrow, the 1956 poster ("Support National Civil Defense Week September 9-15, 1956") encouraging people to support the Civil Defense, and featuring art of the mascot known as "Mr. Civil Defense". In the United States, the Office of Civil Defense was established in May of 1941 to coordinate civilian defense efforts with the Department of the Army.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: very good to fine. There is tiny separation in the crossfold and a small smudges near the "W" at right but overall the poster is in nice condition.
