Les Demoiselles de Rochefort (released in the U.S. in 1968 as "The Young Girls of Rochefort" and in other English-speaking countries as "Josephine"), the 1967 Jacques Demy & Agnes Varda French France musical romantic comedy melodrama ("A dazzling new musical treat from the creators of 'Umbrellas of Cherbourg'"; "The city of Love has fallen in love with... The Young Girls of Rochefort"; about beautiful young twin sisters in search of love and romance) starring Catherine Deneuve, George Chakiris, Francoise Dorleac (Deneuve's sister), Jacques Perrin, Grover Dale, Genevieve Thenier, Gene Kelly, and Danielle Darrieux. Note that in this movie, Deneuve and Dorleac played twin sisters, which is not that far off from reality, because they were only a year apart!

Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned three examples of this window card, and the last one was 14 years ago! Also note that this window card was never folded. Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters. Most collectors put an added value on a window card that has never been folded.
