Young Eagles, the 1930 William A. Wellman World War I (WWI) military airplane aviation spy espionage romantic melodrama (note that this was a sequel of sorts to "Wings", in that it picked up where Wings left off, but the characters were given different names, no doubt because they were unwilling to pay the fees to get to do so!) starring Charles 'Buddy' Rogers, Jean Arthur, Paul Lukas, Stuart Erwin, and Virginia Bruce

Important Added Info: Note that this script is the release dialogue script from March 12, 1930. Also note that the writers are not credited on this but that the movie credits Grover Jones and William Slavens McNutt.
