Alice the Peacemaker, the 1924 Walt Disney silent live-action animation animated cartoon family comedy short (animated by Ub Iwerks and Rollin Hamilton) starring Virginia Davis (in the title role as Alice), Tommy Hicks, Leon Holmes, and Spec O'Donnell. Note that the Alice Comedies were a series of 57 live-action animated shorts created by Walt Disney in the 1920s, in which a live action little girl named Alice and an animated cat named Julius have adventures in an animated landscape. The shorts were the first works by what ultimately became The Walt Disney Company.
