Rodgers and Hammerstein's The Sound of Music, the classic 1965 Robert Wise (winner of the Best Director Academy Award for this film) family musical (from the hit Broadway play by Rodgers & Hammerstein; "The happiest sound in all the world"; winner of the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Julie Andrews (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film; as Maria), Christopher Plummer (as Captain Von Trapp), Richard Haydn (as Max Detweiler), Peggy Wood (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film; as Mother Abbess), Charmian Carr (as Liesl), Heather Menzies (as Louisa), Angela Cartwright (as Brigitta), The Bil Baird Marionettes, Eleanor Parker ("as The Baroness"), Duane Chase (as Kurt), Daniel Truhitte (as Rolfe), Nicholas Hammond, Debbie Turner, and Kym Karath

Important Added Info: Note that one of the lobby cards has been personally autographed (signed) by actress Debbie Turner! Also note that (due to the incredible popularity of this movie) there were several different lobby card sets prepared, each with slightly different border designs and bottom copyright information. Oddly, all three of the cards offered here are from three different printings of the lobby cards (I do not know, and don't know if anyone knows, which of the lobby card sets were the very first).
