Important Added Info: Note that this is a rare advance one-sheet (note the "Opening August 31st at a theatre near you" at the bottom of the poster).

Condition: very good. There are creases in and near the folds and around the edges of the poster. The poster was oddly folded off-center meaning that it doesn't form a perfect rectangle when folded.
