Condition: good. There is a theater snipe glued across the top of the poster that adds approximately 3 1/2" to the overall height of the poster (the poster was not trimmed and the snipe could surely be removed by a professional restorer, or talented amateur, if one chose to do so). There are creases scattered throughout the poster with some from it being oddly folded at one time.
