Whom he chooses!"; "He developed the technique of love to an art... the art of murder to a science"; "Now he is a flesh and blood experience on the screen!"; based on the novels by Ian Fleming) starring Sean Connery ("as James Bond"), Ursula Andress (as Honey Ryder), Joseph Wiseman (in the title role "as Dr. No"), Jack Lord, Bernard Lee (as M), John Kitzmiller, Eunice Gayson, Lois Maxwell (as Miss Moneypenny), Reggie Carter, Zena Marshall (as Miss Taro), Marthe Keller, and Anthony Dawson. Note that John Kitzmiller was a black African American who served in Italy in World War II, and he decided to stay there after the war, and he appeared in around 50 Italian movies! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Aberg Important Added Info: This Swedish poster measures approximately 27" x 39" and is linenbacked. Note that this poster looks very similar to the late 1960s re-release Swedish poster. That re-release poster was probably printed from the same plates, but the coloring is slightly different. The re-release poster also has a "Transamerica Corporation" logo at the bottom right, which means it is surely from the late 1960s, while this original release poster has the hexagon United Artists logo. We are also selling the late 1960s re-release Dr. No Swedish poster elsewhere on eBay. Condition: very good. This poster was linenbacked, and one of the following is true: either the poster had very minor defects, and was well backed, OR it had more significant defects, but they were well restored, OR it had some minor defects that were not completely restored, and are somewhat noticeable. You can tell which of the above is the case for this particular poster by reading our "pre-restoration" description and also by looking at our "super-sized" image of the actual poster (we are the only major auction company we know of that gives accurate detailed pre-restoration information about linenbacked posters to our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). The poster had creases and tiny dot areas of paper loss in the left and right of the top foldline.
