Strategic Air Command, the 1955 Anthony Mann Cold War U.S. Air Force military airplane aviation Convair B-36 Peacemaker bomber pilot melodrama (about a pilot that flies a nuclear-armed bomber) starring James Stewart (Jimmy Stewart), June Allyson, Frank Lovejoy, Barry Sullivan, Alex Nicol, and Bruce Bennett

Condition: fine. This poster was paperbacked and during the backing process, its extremely minor defects were repaired and it now looks really great! We only assigned this grade ("fine") to posters that were in really excellent condition prior to paperbacking, AND which were paperbacked by a top professional!

The poster had a piece of tape on the back of the center crossfold that bled through to the front. There was a similar piece of tape on the back of the center of the top border. There were some creases and tiny tears on some foldlines and pinholes around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to paperbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the person who did the backing did not do any restoration to the poster, simply backing it "as is".
