Banned from marriage... Sentenced to prison for a crime she did not commit... ...and the guilty man goes free!"; "Based on a famous Tolstoy novel"; about a Russian peasant girl who is seduced and abandoned by a Prince, and she becomes a prostitute, and years later, she redeems herself by finding God, and she even forgives the man who caused her to fall so far) starring John Boles, Lupe Velez, Nance O'Neil, William Keighley, Rose Tapley, Michael Mark, Sylva Nadina, George Irving, Edward Cecil, and Grace Cunard. Note that a Spanish-language version of this movie was filmed at the same time, and Lupe Velez played the same character in both versions (but John Boles was replaced by Gilbert Roland). Also, note that Sam Goldwyn re-made this movie in 1934 as "We Live Again". NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned two lobby cards from this movie (we auctioned one of those cards twice), and we have never auctioned THIS card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There are pinholes, tiny stains, and a few creases and tiny tears around the edges. There is a tiny circular hole in the bottom right of the picture frame in the upper right of the image.
